My pug is full of milk but she is not vey fat yet.my neighbor says they dont get fat until the last two weeks

Why would you rely on your neighbour for information. If you bred your dog, she needs to be examined by your vet without delay. And are you ready for her to whelp? Does she know where her whelping box is? Do you know how to help her deliver? Do you know when she's in trouble and you need to call the vet? Do you even know how to look after a litter of new borns? If not, why is she pregnant?

Your neighbor is right. They will not start to visibly show until the last 2 weeks depending on how many pups there are. I would see your vet for a prenatal appointment. He will tell you everything you need to know. Good luck with your new temporary family additions!!
