He puked the food he ate.Also, he also barfed today too after having drank alot of water. He puked a white liquidy substance. Is he sick?

did you feed him straight after or right before the walk?
if you did - dont do it again. you shouldnt be feeding dogs meals right before or right after a lot of exercise.. it can cause stomach complications and is linked to bloat which will kill him.
other than that - are 1 hour walks normal for him? it could be that he wasnt used to it and it made him sick. imagine if you are unfit, then suddenly do a lot of exercise - it can make you puke or feel unwell.
a one hour walk is quite long. next time you take him for a walk that long, make sure he gets plenty of rest and water along the way.

I don't know.. but that doesn't sound very good. I would get him to the vet right away!

Sounds like he was over worked...imagine eating a big meal and going to the gym you might get the same result...however have you check his poop to see if its normal and his nose is it cool and wet.. if not i would call the Vet and get the better advise so that he will be better soon..good luck...
