My house-trained female dog's started weeing in the house- may it be because she's in heat?

I have two female dogs and both are currently in season. They are housetrained but all this week one has been weeng in the house. I've cleaned up with vinegar each time but she's still doing it. Could it be connected with her being in heat and if so what should I do?
Answers:
It could be due to her being in heat - it could be due to some sort of urinary tract infection (so you may want to check with a vet) - and no matter what you clean the area with - it is likely she will contine going in or near that spot unless you keep her away from that area. If you allow her near that area don't take your eyes off her for a second - as she is likely to go there again.

Yes, it definitely could be connected to her heat. Females quite often "Mark Territory" when they are just coming into heat or are in heat. It also could be a mild infection, as females tend to lick themselves a lot at that time and can transfer dirt, etc, from other parts of their body to their Urethra. I would take a urine sample to the Vet just to make sure. Use a foil pie pan to collect it, just slide underneath as she is going!
