died on sunday and she said her dog couldnt drink with out puking and then her lungs got really hard and swollen could it of been lung cancer she had a tumor on her lungs on the outside of her skin help please she would really like to know ..... could she of been poisioned

She could take the dog to the vet for a necropsy (autopsy) and they could check the dog out and see if there is anything in the system. It really could be anything, expecially not knowing what the dog could have gotten into or what it's overall health was in the first place. This is a prime example of why people should at the very least call their vet to see if it is something they think needs to be seen. And it could have been the tumor, again if she had taken the dog to the vet regarding the tumor they may have been able to remove it or see if it was causing harm to any organs.
im not so sure about that.. im sorry. but, the best person to ask is a vet. they know all the kinds of deseases for animals. you should really ask one, but if u ask me, it probably was a tumor. but dont believe it until u ask an expert. i hope u find out! good luck!
Sounds like your neighbor should have taken the animal to the vet. No way for us to know what was wrong. Other than your neighbor was wrong not to have taken the animal to the vet.

it would seem that the dog has been poisoned but bring the dog's body to the vet and get a blood test to check for poison.
No way to tell unless you take her to the vet. But anytime a dog(healthy) is puking none stop it usually means they have been posioned. But if the dog had tumor i couldn't tell you.
If it came on suddenly, then chances are it's not cancer that killed the animal. Is it possible that she got into something? Antifreeze or something like that?
