Will this fall out and be back smooth. They were born with slick coats. This is very odd looking. Does anyone have any answers for me?? HHHHEEELLLPPP!

Evidently there was another male around at some time when the female was in heat. Min pin pups should only have smooth coats. I was a min pin breeder for about 4 yr.
Best advice I can give is to neuter.
A min pin should have sort smooth hair and should be 10 to 12 inches in height. If you want to check the standards go to www.akc.org.
