My friends mom is here she wants to know if it is safe to move my dog and new puppy into the car?

she said there is tissue hanging out of the mom dogs birth canal, and I see that my dog is panting.
Answers:
If the momma dog is having complications, then CAREFULLY move her into the car, because she needs to be seen by a vet. Definitely take the puppy with (use gloves or a clean towel to pick up the pup, if possible).
Tell her yes it is safe just get a towel and place it under the dog ok. Have someone sit with the mom dogs and keep her from moving around OK
Yes take the pup too!
call the vet and they will have the best answer for you
dogs are fine to be in cars just carefully move them and make sure they are comfortable. from the day we got my dog she has been in the car. make someone sit in the back with both dogs petting them and comforting them to see if they are ok. i would probably get a cushion or the dogs basket, something familiar to home, so the dog feels secure. if you are still worried about putting her in a car, call the vet say its an emergency and maybe they can do a home visit.

the dog should be fine in the car, especially if its just a short journey. good luck.
Pick them up carefully and make sure that they are placed in the car comfortably. Drive carefully (slowly and no sharp turns) Call the vet and let them know that you are on the way this way they can prepare for your arival. Take the Puppy with to make sure that he doesn't have something that could affect the other animals. Good Luck.
bring dog to vets asap. if you want its ok to bring dead pup too. if ur not sure its dead try rubbing it vigorously w/ a towel
Get the damn dog to the vet now!!! Seriously, better to be safe then sorry.
Yeah, if she is having problems, you can take her in the car.. Put down a towel or sheet on the seat, help her into the car, and bring the puppy along.. Wrap the puppy in a clean towel... Bring anything you might need along for the ride.. Scissors, etc.. Cause sometimes riding in the car, helps the next puppy come along :) Been there..

You took that puppy and rubbed it vigorously with a nice dry towel eh?? You shouldn't just leave it, Unless you are positive that it's dead, you should try to revive, get it going.. Don't just assume that a quiet puppy is dead..
