Definitely take her to the vet and have it checked out. It may be a tumour but it doesn't necessarily mean its cancerous.

it could be a hernia where the cord was attached to the blood and food supply. if it is big the vet will tell you to have it fixed. if you are going to have it spayed then it can be fixed at that time.
