My female yorkie just finished her first cycle and she has 2 bumps around where a nipple should be.?

She has been acting very strange and always licking herself around her female parts. She has two bumps that I can best describe by saying that they feel like blood vessels, but they're about 1 inch in diameter. She also only has 9 nipples. Each nipple has a pair except for one, and where that one should be is where the 2 bumps are. Could one of her nipples not have come out? And is this serious?
Answers:
Without knowing her age, I would say it may or may not be serious. She could be showing early outward signs of mammary tumors (from not being spayed at a young age) if she is middle aged or so - 5 years or older. If she is still very young, she might be showing early signs of food or inhalant allergies, and her tummy is breaking out in the soft tissues around her nipples. OR she may be having a severe hormonal fluctuation causing hives, please have her checked out by her vet and make sure you find out what is causing the itching bumps to appear.
Call your vet and find out what they think.
your DOG has a period. I am pretty sure that is what byou ment by cycle right?go to the friggin vet!
