He probably has kennel cough which is a highly highly contagious disease spread from dog to dog. If this is true, it is not deadly, and usually worse to vaccinate them. It takes a month or so to get better, but it builds up their immune system to just heal in time.

If your dog thinks he is a horse, you should see if he will pull a plow. At least you could get some work out of the crazy loon.
Do you mean your dogs throat is horse? Need to look at your spelling next time or use spell check.
Well it may clear up on its own. Make sure he drinks water. If it don't clear up take him to a vet. Did you notice this cause of the way he barks or what?
